Media Gateway
A Media Gateway acts as a translation unit between disparate telecommunications networks such as PSTN; Next Generation Networks; 2G, 2.5G and 3G radio access networks or PBX. Media Gateways enable multimedia communications across Next Generation Networks over multiple transport protocols such as ATM and IP.

Because the MGW connects different types of networks, one of its main functions is to convert between the different transmission and coding techniques. Media streaming functions such as echo cancellation, DTMF, and tone sender are also located in the MGW.

Media Gateways are controlled by a Media Gateway Controller (also known as a Call Agent or a Soft Switch) which provides the call control and signaling functionality. Communication between Media Gateways and Call Agents is achieved by means of protocols such as MGCP or Megaco or H.248 or SIP.

VoIP Media Gateways perform the conversion between TDM voice to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
Voice communication
All equipment and media are involved in voice communication from sender to receiver. Most people may know PBX as phone line switching but we propose more services than that such as Interactive Voice Response (IVR) play announcement and receive any key press, Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) which choose destination to send a call to, Voice Recording Unit (VRU) that record conversation. Call Detail Report (CDR) that keep all function and time on phone. Fax on Demand, fax service as caller request from fax machine. Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), middle ware which interface between phone and any other system. Predictive Dialing System (PDS), automatic dialing system that deducts time, error and increase performance to call agent.
Automatic Voice Services
Phone self service center is another channel to let the customers satisfy. They ask to get document from Fax on Demand services, making order or get updated information with voice.
IP Telecommunication
Voice telephone network is moving to IP. Like wireless, the techonology is rich for combining information technology
functions and voice telecommunications. One IP connection can carry multiple types of information and multiple
phonecalls at the same time. Our solution can manage voice and data to perform as Contact Center,
IP PBX or expanding a limitation of old PBX into IP Network.
